Leaf Spring Kit 5-Leaf 1967-1968 is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome leaf spring kit! Replaced my 49 year old leaf springs with these 5-leaf springs. The entire kit was complete and made the job easy. All parts fit as they should! Sagggy rear ride height of 24" is now 26". Finally gave my car a 'normal' ride height that matches the front height. I am extremely happy with these springs!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Complete Kit Bought these to put on a friends sagging '68 convertible. Went on without any problems. I would recommend getting the shock plates too. We did. We just couldn't bear to put the only rusty ones on with all the other new parts. They look great and no more sag.

Product Questions

I have a 68 cougar and these springs are shorter than what came out. Will these work? Do I need anything else for this kit?

Asked by: NATALIE
The old springs could be worn out and it would appear that they are longer because they lost their arch, you shouldn't need anything else.

Are there any pictures of ride high to with these installed? Mine are worn out and the back fenders are about flush with the top of the tires (17" wheels)

Asked by: Band8one
These would sit at the factory ride height.

Need to raise the back end as high as possible. I would also like some rear shackles that are a little longer than stock. Are there any rear leafs that will increase my back end higher than than these leafs.

Asked by: esolorzano
We do not offer any leaf springs that will raise the rear, we offer shackles that will raise the rear 3/8 of an inch part #RSK4.
