I just wanted to let you know what an incredible job your staff is doing. I am restoring a 65 Mustang coupe which was originally started by a very good friend who recently passed away. This is a very special project for me and I want to make sure everything is done the way my friend Ron would have done it, thoroughly and with attention to detail. He had stripped the car completely and got it ready for the body shop, which is were I picked up the project. I have never worked on a Mustang before, and since I was not part of the disassembly, I was looking at this car kind lost. I sent the body off to be painted and started the big job of figuring out what parts I had and what could be reused. Like I said, since I did not take this apart, this was not easy because I didn't know what I was missing. I saw your add in a Mustang magazine and ordered a catalog. I also ordered catalogs from several other companies. I started placing orders from different companies for part I knew I needed. This is were your staff shined. Not only were your prices lower than the other companies but your staff took the time to make sure I only ordered what I need and I didn't forget anything I didn't know about. Everybody I have worked with at CJ Pony Parts has been outstanding but one person has gone above and beyond, this is Ben. He has taken the time to answer all my questions and help me sort through the long list of parts to make sure I have everything I need. He has made several suggestions that I would have never thought of that will make this project a lot easier. He also listened, not just to part numbers I was ordering, but to my concept of how the finished product would look. This was important since he helped me avoid several costly mistakes. I know people a very quick in send in complaint and slow at acknowledging someone outstanding performance, if they say anything at all. I guess they just expect it to be that way, but I've dealt with the other companies and wanted to let you know that your staff is the reason I'll finish this project with parts from CJ Pony Parts.
I really appreciate everything your staff has done for my project and look forward to working with them to make this car shine. Again thank you.
