I have a 66' Mustang Coupe w/power disc brakes in the front and drum in the rear. The only marking on the master cylinder indicates it's 7/8" bore, no other part number. It is a dual bowl aluminum configuration. It does not have Bear brakes.
It sounds like from your description that you may have an aftermarket power brake conversion, without knowing the manufacturer it would be hard to tell what replacement master cylinder you would need. This Bear brake master cylinder is for manual brakes so it would not work.

G'day. I have a standard power assisted front disc and rear drum brake set-upon my 1969 Coupe. Will this master cylinder fit in the OEM brake booster or what else do I need to make it fit? Cheers.
This will not work on your 69,the master cylinder is for manual non power assisted brake systems using Bears front disc brakes.
