Borgeson 16:1 Ratio Steering Box with Integrated Power Assist with 1" Sector Shaft for 1965-1966 Mustangs.

This steering box will eliminate the need for a control valve and slave cylinder. Power assist is integrated into this steering box. The power steering hose connect directly to the steering box.

All components are thoroughly inspected and replaced or re-machined as needed to assure the best product. Each box is carefully assembled, adjusted and inspected to standards that surpass OEM. Includes a 3 year manufacturer's warranty.

Features a 1" sector shaft and a sporty 16:1 ratio re-manufactured modern integral power steering gear box. Bolts into the factory location and connects to the stock pitman arm without interference.

This is just the steering box from a Borgeson Integrated Power Steering Conversion Kit.

*Will also fit 1967 Mustangs with 1" shaft.
*Will NOT work with factory z-bar clutch linkage. Must use Borgeson's z-bar if you are using the factory clutch linkage.
*If you want to add headers to your 289/302 with Borgeson Power Steering our shop recommends using Tri-Y headers. Larger diameter headers may have clearance issues.
