Borla can help you find that perfect sound for your 2013-2016 Focus ST. This cat-back exhaust system bolts to the exhaust pipe with the catalytic converter and runs the whole way out the back of the car. Full 2-1/2" stainless steel mandrel bent tubing fits perfectly under the car. Dual 4-1/2" round rolled angle-cut tips exit the center of the rear bumper. The Touring style muffler sits at the back of the car and is hidden by the rear bumper.

Features and Benefits:
- Direct Bolt-On Replacement
- Full Stainless Steel Construction
- Mandrel Bent 2-1/2" Exhaust Piping
- Touring Style Muffler
- Dual 4-1/2" Round Rolled Angle-Cut Tips

Please Note: Ford designed the 2015 Focus ST with four exhaust hangers but only added three on the factory exhaust system. All aftermarket exhaust systems are built to use that fourth exhaust hanger. CJ Pony Parts recommends the purchase of COBB’s Polyurethane Exhaust Hanger Kit (591001).

Borla's exhaust system looks as good as it sounds. Dual round rolled angle-cut tips exit the center of the rear bumper. Borla's name is embedded on the top of both tips. The cat-back is constructed from high quality components for durability and strength. You can rely on Borla for an exhaust system that will last as long as your car. So what are you waiting for?! This Borla exhaust is screaming to be put on your 2013-2016 Focus ST. So why wait?

Borla Cat-Back Exhaust System Touring 2-1/2" Stainless Steel Focus ST 2013-2016 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Borla does it again Wow. Let me just start off by saying that this is a great system. Fit is awesome. Had no problems getting this on my focus. As usual Borla dominates the other exhausts for four bangers. When cruising: 20-40mph is no different than stock. 40-60mph is just a hair louder than stock. 60-80mph is more noticeable but when i set my radio at 7 (scale is 1-30) i can no longer hear it. Acceleration: Now thats where it gets good. It has a great deep tone all the way through the rpm range. Thank you borla. Well worth the price!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Exhaust Just exactly what I was looking for mildy aggressive snarly tone, just slightly louder than stock but really wakes up when you WOT! Exhaust can be heard while on the highway but only slightly lower louder than stock. No drone at all. Absolutely perfect addition to the FoST.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits The 2016 FoST This CBE fits the 2016 Focus ST with no issues. The sound is perfect and gives the car a more aggressive tone on the road. There is no drone when cruising on the roads. The sound at start up is great. The dual 4.5" chrome tips fit beautifully through the rear bumper. You will not go wrong with this exhaust on your ST.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Borla catback Just finished installing this exhaust on my 2015 focus st. The fit and finish is excellent, very few imperfections that I could find. Install took about 45 mins with a lift. Sound is very deep and snarly at low rpms, and very clean when WOT. Lots of burbles and pops on downshifts and light revs. Overall id highly recommend this to any focus st owner. Cjs shipping was spot on, and the exhaust is well packaged to avoid scratches or dings. Great instructions and got some stickers and a free hat. You get what you pay for, and im happy I spent a little extra to get the Borla.

Asked by: joeSTowner
Unfortunately I cannot accurately answer your question. Without the vendor supplying any information regarding fitment for non-US Spec cars and CJ's not having a car to test parts on, we cannot confirm this part working on your vehicle at this time.

Watch our videos on both products - they contain sound clips, which should give you a good idea of which sounds most like what you're seeking.

Why is it necessary to cut just before the weld?

Asked by: Sean123
There's no mention in our instructions or the manufacturer instructions of cutting before the weld. Not sure where you're seeing that.

I noticed in the description it says 4½" and 4" tips, which ones come with the exhaust or is there a choice between the two?

Asked by: AlbinoST87
It is 4.5-inch tips. We fixed the description - thanks for the heads up!

Borla Cat-Back Exhaust System Touring 2-1/2" Stainless Steel Focus ST 2013-2016 Video Transcript
By Bill Tumas: We've recently got a new 2014 Focus ST off the dyno, got some stock numbers and they've got some nice gains over their ST tune. Our next step now is some serious modifications. Like most Focus owners, our first step is going to be the exhaust system. The factory exhaust is heavy, it's restrictive. It just doesn't sound that great, so today, we're going to remove that system and install this stainless steel system from Borla.

The Borla system is stainless steel and features two and a half inch piping that's all mandrel bent, features a single inlet and outlet muffler then exits into to a pair of four and half inch polished stainless steel rolled tips. This system is a touring system, so it should have a nice deep tone without being overly aggressive.

We're pretty sure you already know what the stock system sounds like, but for comparison sake, we're going to do a before and after, and we'll start with the factory exhaust. We admit it doesn't sound bad, but it definitely doesn't scream performance. So, let's get that out of the way and get our Borla exhaust system installed.

For this installation, we'll need jack and jack stands or lift, sawzall, 3/8 ratchet, 10mm socket, 15mm deep socket, 17mm socket, swivel, 15mm wrench, exhaust donut removal tool and safety glasses.

We've done a few of these installs already, so we're not going to bore you with the details of how to remove your stock exhaust system, it's pretty simple. Remove these two nuts up here, remove this brace, you want to cut it right here behind the well and then you slide everything off the hangers and put it aside.

I'm going to carefully remove this exhaust gasket and we're going to reuse it with our new system. We're going to start with over the axle pipe, you want to put it in straight up and then you're going to turn it into place once you get it up in there. This is going to be a tight fit, it's usually the hardest pipe to install. Slide it in the rear hanger and then we're going to slide into the front hanger.

We're going to install a clamp over the axle pipe first and then we'll install the mid-pipe. Put the gasket into place and then we'll install our new hardware. Install the clamp onto the muffler and then put the muffler on the car. Just get it connected to the over the axle pipe, we'll put it on the hangers. We'll get it centered in our bumper and we'll go back and tighten everything down. The last step is to reinstall the factory brace. The installation is finished.

The Borla looks good so now, let's see how it sounds. Sounds good and has a nice aftermarket tone, but not overly aggressive. You see on the road, the exhaust system sounds pretty good, it's loud and you can tell it's aftermarket but it's not overwhelming in the cabin. We're in the sixth gear now, cruising at highway speeds, you barely even notice it. A real slight low tone to it, not intrusive at all, barely even louder than stock. Soon as you downshift and get on it though, you can definitely hear that aftermarket exhaust kick up. Borla system overall sounds pretty good, I'd say not overly aggressive but definitely aggressive enough to give you a nice performance tone.

Our Borla system looks great, it sounds great and we know it's a lot lighter than the factory exhaust system. For our next video, we'll get back on the dyno and we'll see what kind of horsepower gains it's worth. Installation should take you around an hour and you'll be back on the road in no time.
