Brake Light Pressure Switch with Dual Pins for all 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976 and 1977 Broncos.
One of the convenient things about the cars we drive is that the automakers have taken steps to make them safe for us. Even vehicles back in the 1960's had safety precautions such as warning lights that would warn drivers of potential issues with the car. The Ford Bronco was no exception. The Bronco had a brake warning light that would alert the driver of potential brake issues resulting from a lack of brake fluid. CJ Pony Parts offers a brake light pressure switch for 1966-1977 Broncos that will ensure safe functioning of your brake warning system.
This is a factory style replacement dual pin brake light pressure switch. For installation, this part threads into the brake fluid distribution block on the driver side fender. This switch will detect possible shortages of brake fluid and illuminate a warning light on the dashboard to alert the driver. Becoming low on brake fluid is never a good thing. This can cause there to be air in the system, a spongy pedal or perhaps most importantly brake failure can occur. Don't allow this to happen to your Bronco. This part installs easily, just like the factory part.
After a 30-year production run that gradually boosted the Bronco’s size and amenities, Bronco production ended in 1996. While this beloved vehicle is no longer in production, CJ Pony Parts is proud to help owners of this classic SUV to keep theirs in tip-top shape with an extensive selection of 1966-1977 Ford Bronco parts at great low prices.
