COMP Cams Magnum 270HR Camshaft Set with a 1500 to 5500 RPM Range for 1985-1995 Mustangs with a Fuel Injected 5.0L Engine.

This hydraulic roller camshaft will fit Ford 5.0 Liter engines from 1985-2001.

Magnum cams generate great high RPM power. The can be used with mild ratio rocker arms and traditional performance valve springs as they are easy on valve train parts. These camshafts like compression ratios of 9.5:1 and higher. A torque converter and gear change is really needed. The larger Magnum cams are a little lazy at low RPMs.

Your car will gain a slight idle with this camshaft. It's best used with mild modifications and gears. Mass air is needed.
