Performance Automatic upgrades the internals with an extra wide overdrive band, diode pack and extra 3-4 clutches making this an excellent swap into an earlier Ford.

I have a '70 Mustang Convertible, 302 ci 2 barrel with 3 speed manual transmission. Will this kit work for a AOD swap? What else would I need? Also, if I later decided to swap the 302ci to a 5.0L EFI, what else is needed?
