Corsa Cat-Back Exhaust System 3" Xtreme Stainless Steel With 4-1/2" Polished Tips Fastback GT 2015-2017 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best exhaust for the s550 This is the best exhaust for the s550. No drone and 2k down the interstate it's quiet but once you stomp on it it's a beast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great growl perfect fit I just installed a "Corsa Sport" cat-back exhaust system on my 2016 Mustang GT. The installation took 45 minutes, and unlike some after market exhaust systems that require significant amounts of rework (cutting and welding) during the installation, the Corsa system fit perfectly with no rework required of any kind. The system has the unmistakable Corsa 'growl' during any acceleration whatever, but it is whisper quiet in cruise. After having many different brands of exhaust on my car this has to be the finest produced system made and, gives the most performance with the double X helix pipe money well spent and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a cat back exhaust system

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cat-Back Exhaust Corsa Awesomeness Bought this bolt on a few weeks ago and it was worth every penny. You will have a hard time finding a louder, sexier, more aggressive exhaust on the market. Have neighbors you hate? No problem. With this exhaust they will hate you as much as you hate them. Tired of annoying significant other? Say no more. You won't be able to hear the problems she has about her co-workers getting better performance reviews over this Corsa in any gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Aggressive sound with great fit and finish!! Installed a couple of weeks ago. As advertized, it has a very aggressive sound when you are on the throttle, however no drone while cruising at normal highway speeds. Has an "exotic" sound that is different from other systems. Check out this exhaust system if you are looking to upgrade your stock exhaust. Corsa has engineered a great system and I am very impressed with its performance!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pre Purchased! Have had for quite some time! Pre Purchased! Have had for quite some time! Got to say great to go from stealth to loud! Don't believe its the loudest. Would love to see and hear it once I have a pair of headers matched up to the cat back! Haven't seen any headers that look or seem to worth the money compared to quality...that the company's are asking. If all the market has to offer is Kook's and ARH for quality single welded headers, I will have to wait till they drop or hear them in person..4 stars till now till I see how it grows into all my other mods!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent!!! Great process and this exhaust is everything I know Corsa products to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sounding exhaust made for the 2015! I debated for a few months on what exhaust I wanted. I kept passing these over because I thought the sound couldn't justify the price. If you're in the same boat I was in, GET THIS EXHAUST! Aggressive sound, great looking 4.5" tips, and best of all, zero drone. I can't actually use 6th gear and talk to my passenger now. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loud And Mean After a month of owning this catback and enjoying the aggressive head turning sound, I could say it's second to none. It's quiet when you need it to be, and has zero drone. However once you floor that gas pedal you WILL make some noise. Highly recommend this exhaust and its easy to install. It will have your coyote sounding like the beast it is.

Product Questions

It looks like the tip sits a little close to the housing, had the same problem with my old 2000 mustang gt, and it started to melt the plastic, is that a potential problem here?

Asked by: Razgriz93
You would need to adjust the hangers so the tips aren't so close to the bumper cover.

I recently bought a 2016 Mustang GT 5.0 V8 California Special. The thing is its Automatic. I've been watching videos of Corsa Extreme exhaust and I really like the sound it makes. Does the sound differs a lot between Manual and Auto?

Asked by: RussT
No, the sound will not differ between a manual and automatic.

Hi. , I wanna ask if this exhaust system will fit with bbk long tube headers(1-7/8)immediately without cutting or changing anything , the BBk headers stated that's it's designed for bbk X/H pipe but I have this system and I wanna fit the BBk headers to it

Asked by: Nasser5768
The mid pipes that you need for the bbk long tubes taper down to fit the stock exhaust, the corsa exhaust comes with step down flanges that should allow the two systems to work together.

How many HP will I gain in GT ?! Also do I require Tune for the new exhaust to gain HP ?!

Asked by: Mooo
The manufacturer has not provided any power gains. You will not need a tune for an exhaust but a tune alone will unlock some hidden power.

Corsa Cat-Back Exhaust System 3" Xtreme Stainless Steel With 4-1/2" Polished Tips Fastback GT 2015-2017 Video Transcript
By Bill Tumas: I've said before that our goal was to provide the best selection of Mustang install videos and exhaust videos for your 2015 Mustang and I don't think it's bragging to say I think we accomplished that goal. We have a great selection of exhaust videos online and the best part is when you find the system you're looking for, a great low price, and free ground shipping's only a click away. One of the systems many people have asked about recently is the Corsa Extreme. These systems are so popular they were actually sold out our initial batch and people who knew the Corsa name and wanted this system without even hearing what it sounds like. Well we finally got our hands on a set of the Corsa Extreme Cat-Backs and today we're going to install it on my 2015 Mustang GT.

The Corsa system's made of 3" high quality 304 stainless steel. It has fittings on the front that'll protect your stock pipes and goes through their custom double X pipe through all mandrel bent piping through their extreme mufflers ending in a set of 4 1/2" polished tips. The Extreme system features their RSC or Reflective Sound Cancellation technology that gives you a real aggressive sound with no drone.

For this installation we need a lift or a jack and jack stands, 3/8" ratchet, 13mm socket, and a 15mm socket.

Since my car already had an aftermarket exhaust system on it we're not going to bore you with another removal process. If you haven't done it before, it's real simple. These two clamps here, loosen all four bolts, go back here, take off the two clamps for the hangers, and slide the system off. The rear hangers and factory front clamps are going to be reused with the Corsa system. The first step is to reinstall the front clamps onto the head pipes. With those in place, grab the supplied 2 1/2" to 3" adapters and just slide those in and then snug up the bolts. Don't tighten all the way, just get them snug enough they're going to stay in place. With the adapters in place we can move on to Corsa's unique double X pipe. You want to grab two clamps and put them on the front of this pipe then put it up into place with this bracket facing down. Go ahead and grab the tailpipe and muffler assemblies, put a clamp on here, and then re-install the stock hanger.

We'll start by putting the muffler into the factory hanger first. We'll get everything tight and tucked and we'll tighten it down. Now repeat the process on the process on the other side. Before you adjust everything and install the tips, re-install the bolts that hold the hangers to the subframe. Now we can fit the Corsa's 4" tip, [inaudible 00:04:25] and tighten it down. You may want to go back through and make any adjustments necessary and your installation's finished. The Corsa Extreme [inaudible 00:05:00] was easy to install, let's see how it sounds. [Streams 00:05:17] are definitely, that's a loud, aggressive, in your face kind of sound. The name Extreme definitely is fitting.

First impression of the Corsa Extreme, it is loud. We get a lot of viewers asking on our videos, which one's the loudest, which one's the most aggressive sounding? If that's what you're looking for, this one should be on your list. It's got a really good tone to it, it's got an aggressive sound, it's not real deep, it's a little more of a high pitch. If I had to compare it to another system we've done I'd say it's the closest one I've heard to the American Racing Headers with their cat-back on it, with their axle-back on there. It's a very similar sound to that. A little more higher pitched, a little more, almost exotic sounding maybe. Just as advertised though, zero drone. Highway speeds, I'm cruising 2,000 RPM now on the highway, you can barely even hear it, but you give it some throttle and it shows up, but for cruising, it is absolutely quiet. Looking for a system that you can drive all day on the highway and have no issues with drone or volume or anything, but yet really have that loud, aggressive sound you're looking for, this would be a good choice.

Even at idle it's quiet. You can hear it's back there, you can tell it's not stock, it's not loud at all. Flip it though and yeah, everything changes. This might be the perfect choice if you want a system that's loud but you can control when it's loud. Now we're back, keeping up with traffic, we're cruising down the highway and it's quiet. No drone, no noise, you don't even know it's there, downshift, you get on it and it gets real loud in a hurry. The Corsa Extreme is clearly becoming a customer favorite and I can see why. The sound of the system is insane, it's loud, it's in your face, but there's no drone. It's great on the highway, it's got a nice cruising exhaust tone to it, when you get on it though, it is definitely extreme. Fit and finish was top notch, installation will take you around an hour, you'll be back on the road in no time.
