Looks great
Just installed on my 2014. Makes the under hood look great and easy to install. Just make sure to lubricate the parts.

Very cheap plastic!!!
The look is great, but the plastic is brittle! Installed just as told and the drivers side cracked. Very disappointed to say the least. Can't show of the new engine with a crack in the cover. 1 star is generous.

Look great on my GT500
What a great inexpensive mod to dress up the engine bay of my 11 Shelby GT500...I was a bit apprehensive based on some other reviews, cracking, using grease, etc...but,easy install NO grease, NO cracking, just put a glove on my hand and a few solid hits with my fist and perfect.

Easy install
Easiest install. A rub of grease on the center tab and slowly rock them into place. They snap when in place. I have a white GT500 and they look great, better than the bare shock tower nuts. I wonder if they can be painted??

Clean, Finished Look
These fit perfect, and really clean-up the look of the ugly top of the shock towers. No trimming necessary, but they were so tight it took a rubber hammer to snap them on. My car is black so these totally blend-in. If you have another color car - you might want to paint them to match.

CPC shock tower cover caps
Was looking for something to clean up the engine compartment, & not interested in a lot of chrome. Saw a set on another Shelby GT500, ( grabber blue ) and asked the owner where he got them. Placed my order, which was delivered very quickly, and did the install. I am usually leary of parts that don't come from Ford, but these fit perfectly as advertised. The instructions were clear & accurate, and it took very little time to install. Would recommend this product, it's a great way to hide those unsightly strut tower bolts, and it doesn't cost a lot of money

Cover Capp is crap!
After the second set of CPC shock caps, I can say, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on these. The first set I thought I did something wrong, the cap broken as it was being push on. Check the reviews, I decided it was me and tried another set, stupid mistake. These caps could not be more fragile if they were made of glass. So be forewarned. The rating above should be zero, one is too good for this crap

Perfect!
Great buy, clean look. Easily modified to fit with strut tower brace. Just take your time, use plenty of grease, and I found using a towel and rubber mallet worked the best to get them in.

Well worth the price!!
These look great on the 2010 Shelby GT500 as previously stated in past reviews. As long as you take your time and follow the directions they snap on without any problems. Took under a minute on each side, just make sure you have the cut-outs aligned with the strut tower. Only complaint is I wish they would've came with a small amount of assembly grease as is required for installation. Some of us non-mechanics don't have that sitting around in our garage and have to go buy some once these arrive. Shipping was super fast too, overall a great product and really dresses up the engine compartment!

CPC Strut Covers
Nice clean look especially if you have a pair of black plastic battery and master cylinder covers. Fits nice once mounted. Can be trimmed easily if you have a Strut Bar with 2 holes. Caution! Do not attempt to force these on they will crack. Simple fix is to turn them over and put a 1/2 inch slit on each side of the tabs so the plastic will give a little. Do little at a time. Use Caution.

By Bill Tumas: We're here with CPC Strut Tower Covers for your 2005 for 2014 Mustang. Shock tower covers are meant to finish off the top of the shock tower with a black plastic cover that will match plastic found elsewhere on your engine bay. They're built specifically for sides so you want to make sure you grab the correct side and their notched out for clearance for all the different pieces on your shock tower.

Since the strut tower cover is going to fit in this opening, I want to use some grease or lubricant before you put the cover on. I'm going to put a little on the cover itself, as well, and then make sure that this contoured edge is facing the outside, so you'll have proper clearance for your hood. Align this up with the shock tower cover, and make sure everything else is lined up properly and slowly push down. Make sure you apply pressure to the center when you install it so it goes in place properly. California Pony Cars' Strut Tower Covers are an excellent way to give your non-strut tower brace Mustang a nice finished look.
