Product Description

Custom Autosound Radio No-Noise Filter.

Have you recently installed a new stereo system in your Mustang? Do you experience unwanted motor whine or engine noise when running the radio? If so, then Custom Autosound's radio "No-Noise" filter may be just what you need!

Make sure to check all grounds on the radio, amp, antenna, etc. If you still have noise, then you need the radio "No-Noise" filter. This unique device helps to muffle the engine noise you experience through your radio, to give you a cleaner "noise-free" sound when listening to music.*The no-noise filter will not remove static from the radio, as this is a problem with the station or the reception in the area you are at.

Custom Autosound Radio No-Noise Filter is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from unknown didn't work. still had noise. Had to buy a ground loop isolator that worked pretty good. In all fairness I guess it all depends where the noise is coming from

Asked by: nukemgw
It's hidden, and mounts in the engine bay. Here's the instructions: http://assets.cjponyparts.com/skin/frontend/cj-pony/default/images/install-pdf/install_hw2808.pdf

Radio makes a popping noise when the flashing light come on

Asked by: BudF150

I have a older Custom Autosound KNW-801. Unit works fine w/o the car running but once started there is a constant loud hum/whining noise thru the speakers & using a noise suppressor for my MSD box. Would this filter possibility work?. Bill
