Is performance on these heads better or worse than performance of edelbrock aftermarket heads?, application is 1969 351w

It depends on what Edelbrock heads you're looking at and how you want to use your Mustang. This Ford Racing model is intended for racing, while Edelbrock offers a wide range for anything from street performance to track, with varying performance between them.
