Why will the 2015 strut tower braces not fit the V6 powered version
I have a 2015 roush stage 3 with supercharger does it fit on it with clearance under the hood

What does this weight? And how does that compare to stock (steel one)? The Ford aluminum version (GT350R) is 12.5 lbs lighter than the steel version (GT). This looks beefier which is good but lighter is good too.
This seems to use the strut studs instead of the separate studs Ford uses for their brace. Is that right? And if you are using the strut studs and have the cowl brace, how do you get a flat surface on the tower to mount this brace? Do you use spacers?

Why do all of the s550 strut towers fit every model but the v6? Is it because the shape of the v6?

Begin the installation under the hood by removing these three strut nuts here. You want to make sure the car is on the ground. If you have it up in the air and remove these, the suspension's going to fall out. Make sure the car's on the ground. With pressure on it, they're not going to go anywhere. Then do the same thing on the other side. You want to remove this battery wire from this stud here. Simply pull up on the clip and it will free itself. Let's just push that off to the side a little bit. The strut tower brace has holes for three nuts we removed and additional hole for the factory studs. Just lay it in place. We reinstall the factory nuts. Get all 6 started by hand, then we're going to torque for 46 pounds for you of torque.
Now your installation is finished. We had the shock powered dress up kit on our car previously. The pieces that go on here obviously will not fit. The centerpiece still will. The Drake Muscle Car's 550R strut tower brakes do a great job at stiffening up the chassis, and it looks great under the hood as well. As far as installation goes, the only tool you're going to need is a 15 mm socket and a correct torque wrench. Installation should take you no longer then about 30 minutes. You'll be back on the road in no time.
