Product Description

Dynacorn Brake and Clutch Pedal Support for all 1969 Mustangs.

Over the years the Brake and Clutch Pedal Support can become damaged or just wear out with time. If your pedal assembly has excessive play it might be time to replace your pedal support with this high quality replacement from Dynacorn today. This Dynacorn Brake and Clutch Pedal Support is a direct replacement for all 1969 Mustangs. The Pedal Support gets mounted on the firewall assembly and on a portion of the dash. This provides a secure solid mounting point for your 1969 Mustang.

One of the other functions that this pedal support helps with is mounting the steering column to the bracket that is found on the pedal support. All the correct mounting holes are pre-drilled along with the correct plastic bushings for the pedals. The brake pedal gets installed in between the pedal support allowing to pedal to move freely. If you have a manual 1969 Mustang the clutch pedal shaft slides through the hole on the pedal support. The pedal support is coated in a black e-coat, this helps prevent rust from occurring.

Features:
- Fits all 1969 Mustangs
- Works on Automatic and Manual Mustangs

Product Questions

On a 69 Mustang and Cougar how do you remove the old brake support. Is it spot welded to the firewall and dash. I don't see any bolds holding the support in. How is the replacement held in. Spot weld or bolts?

Asked by: sirjohnesq
It is bolted to the dash and firewall, it requires you to remove the master cylinder and brake booster(if equipped with a booster) and the steering column.
