This body frame includes most of the structural parts, brackets and braces already welded into place, along with the doors & deck lid already properly assembled. You will need to do very little body work or adjustments. The hard part will be figuring out the color theme for your exterior & interior. No more cutting or welding the rusted out areas on your classic Fastback, which means all of the hard work is already done for you.
Dynacorn pays significant attention to precisely coordinating the body line to make certain that this body shell has the correct fitment throughout, making for a fantastic base for other applications you decide to add on in the future. All of Dynacorn bodies come coated in an E-coat finish to prevent rust from occurring on the new sheet metal. The body will need prepped, primed and painted for a high quality finish.

The 100% steel that is used in this body shell is 1006 universal automotive grade steel that is coated with a special galvanization. In most instances, the new gauge will be thicker than the original. Dynacorn also provides more amounts of CO2 during the welding process so the tolerances are tightened, and you'll experience less road noise. The body shell's stell also has less additives so you'll have more flexability than your originally had. All Dynacorn replacement body shells are encased in raw-steel 2" x 2" tube cages w/shoes for forklift transport. These cages are welded and bolted to the bottom of the shell. Prior to shipping, each shell and cage will be crated in particle board.
