Product Description

Dynacorn Passenger Side Inner Rocker In Weld-Thru Primer for 1965-1968 Convertible Mustangs.

If you are restoring a 1965-1968 convertible Mustang that has extensive structural damage, you will most likely need this inner rocker. Dynacorn's full-length inner rocker offers increased structural support. Constructed from high-quality stamped steel with a weld-thru primer finish.

Advantages of Weld-Thru Primer:
- Reduces prep time when welding new parts to new parts that are both covered in the weld thru primer
- Reduced spatter
- Lower distortion of the panels
- Superior conductive properties that help minimize high heat zone problems
- Eliminates corrosion that would form between overlapped panels or multi-layered spot welds
- Helps when welding a new panel to old metal
- Lower resistance at the weld surface allows better penetration into the denser, new steel that helps forgive an old alloy's problems with porosity and impurities
- Helps prevent resin build up between welds that can trap moisture in the old porous steel that leads to failure at the weld borders

*Does NOT include the inner rocker plate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a perfect fit I bought this about 2 months ago, finally got around to cutting out the old one. I just did a test fit, wow you can't go wrong with dynacorn products. The new inner rocker fit perfect. I am very pleased with the attention to detail of the reproduction part.

Product Questions

It seems that there is a piece missing from this inner rocker, I think it is called the outer rocker cap.  Do you have to order it separately, I don't see it listed for convertibles?

Asked by: MustangVal
The part you are describing is part of the outer rocker.

I purchased 3647LHWT and the opposite inner rocker panel and am wondering where that L bracket included taped to it should go? My floors & rockers were so rotted out impossible to tell. I see it is also included in the complete set as well.

Asked by: Hipstang
The bracket is for mounting the lower part of the quarter window channel to the rocker.
