Dynotech 4" One-Piece Aluminum Driveshaft for all 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 V6 Mustangs.

Replace the weak factory two-piece driveshaft on your 2011-2014 3.7L V6 Mustang with a high performance one-piece driveshaft from Dynotech. Benefit from improved acceleration, reduced unsprung weight and reduced driveline vibrations with Dynotech's high quality aluminum driveshaft. The Ford driveshaft weighs approximately 32 lbs but Dynotech's lightweight aluminum driveshaft weighs approximately 18 lbs which greatly reduces rotating mass. The RPM rating, or critical speed rating, of these driveshafts is approximately 8,700 RPM.

This Dynotech driveshaft is constructed from 6061 T-6 aluminum with a 0.125'' wall thickness and has a 4" diameter. Universal joints have clearances less than 0.002'' and driveshafts have less than 0.010'' runout. Dynotech balances all driveshafts to less than 0.20 ounces. By balancing driveshafts up to 8,000 RPM, Dynotech guarantees smooth operation throughout the entire RPM range.

What is the center to center length of this driveshaft and is it the same as OEM?

We don't have that measurement but it is made to be the exact same length as the factory application for a perfect fitment.

Yes, it would be safe to do so with this driveshaft, though you will need a hand held tuner to do so
