Product Description

In-Tank 255 LPH EFI Fuel Pump Assembly for use with EFI Fuel Tanks.

Does your high performance engine have issues with becoming fuel starved while under hard acceleration? Or while taking some tight turns? It might be that your fuel pump can’t handle getting the amount of fuel to the motor that it needs to perform. Let CJ Pony Parts help fix that problem with this all new high performance In-Tank 255 LPH EFI Fuel Pump Assembly!

This fuel pump module is designed to work with CJ Pony Part's EFI fuel tanks (FT18 and FT19) which have a reservoir tray installed in the fuel tank. This reservoir tray is a must in a fuel injected application to prevent the car from fuel starving under hard acceleration and cornering.

EFI Fuel Pump Features and Benefits:
- Genuine high-performance Walbro fuel pump
- Up to 255 liters per hour of fuel flow
- Supports engines up to 630 horsepower
- Operating pressure of 0-100 psi
- In-tank wiring harness included
- Heavy-duty, 10-gauge mounting plate to prevent warping
- 1/4" NPT supply and return line
- Barbed vent fitting
- Oven brazed fittings
- Made in the United States of America

This in-tank fuel pump module uses a Walbro high performance fuel pump that supports up to 630 horsepower and feeds the motor fuel at 255 liters per hour. The assembly is designed with a heavy, 10-gauge mounting plate which will eliminate any potential warping. This plate also contains the correct fittings for the supply, return, vent and electrical connector. To make sure it is rust resistant, the mounting plate has a yellow zinc-plated finish.

The EFI fuel pump assembly will include the proper internal wiring harness, supply line, return line, filter sock and insulator sleeve that you will need for installation.

Please Note: This fuel pump module is to be used in EFI fuel tanks FT18 and FT19, which are available at CJ Pony Parts.

*Gasket and screws with O-rings not sold with pump, they are included in the EFI fuel tanks.

If your vehicle isn't performing well and is using more fuel, it might be something with your fuel system, which is vital to getting fuel to the engine and keeping your car running well. Oftentimes, there are two culprits within the fuel system that can stop fuel from getting to your engine – the Fuel Pump and Filters may need replaced. CJ Pony Parts has these parts and can help you get your restoration back on the road in no time.

EFI Fuel Pump Assembly 255 LPH In-Tank For EFI Fuel Tanks is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from good product. Just got this fuel pump working in my '69 Mustang with the Tanks, Inc 22 gal fuel tank. Tip #1: use teflon tape on the 1/4-NPT fittings!!! Tip #2: the 22 gallon tank requires a '70 Mustang filler neck. I would give it 5 stars if it had AN fittings instead of NPT.

Product Questions

what pressure does the FP59 put out? It says 0-100 in the description but what is the working pressure?

Asked by: Eddy Munster
That depends on what the pressure regulator is set at.
