Product Description

Flowtech Long Tube Headers with 1-1/2" Primaries for Automatic Transmission equipped 1969-1973 Mustangs with a 351W and 1971-1973 Mustangs with a 289 or 302.

FlowTech Headers are precision engineered and leak tested to get maximum performance and fuel economy from your engine. Each header is formed from specially selected .049 cold roll flash controlled 18 gauge tubing, and features FLOWTECH's exclusive, thick, mandrel formed Power Plenum 3" collectors. All ports are precisely fitted and finished with sturdy, leak proof O-ringed port seals, and all FlowTech Headers include all mounting hardware including bolts, nuts and premium gaskets. Features 5/16" flanges with 1-1/2" primaries.

FlowTech Headers are available with either a high-quality, electrostatically applied satin black paint finish or with a specially formulated, NASA developed silver luster ceramic coating for rust and corrosion resistance.

*A custom made intermediate pipe/h-pipe is required.
*Will not fit C6 transmissions.

well these headers fit in a 65 mustang with a c4 trans and a 351w engine

It might require a bit more customization, since the 1965 Mustang is much smaller than the 1969-1973 models, giving you much less room for the headers.

Will these fit on a 302 3 speed manual. And will they fit a pypes exhaust system.

Where do these headers actually end? Like do they and up parallel with the mirrors, the start of the doors..? My car is a 1969 Mustang Grande with a 351w bolted to a FMX.
