Are you looking for a good base for an engine build and something with a few more cubes? Ford Racing has the answer with their 5.0L Modular Stroker Short Block. Building a short block can be the toughest part of an engine build and this fully assembled short block can make the process much easier. The Ford Racing short block offers a wide range of power possibilities with its acceptance of 2V, 3V, or 4V cylinder heads. Ford Racing uses only the best parts from Eagle and Mahle to finish off a stout short block ready for abuse. After being bored and stroked to 5.0L (21 cubic inch), the short block is internally balanced and ready to be topped with your combination. Every Ford Racing Aluminator engine is hand assembled in the US with strict performance clearances.

Engine Specs and Features:
- Precision remanufactured aluminum block with silver powered coated finish (2005-2010 GT block)
- Mahle forged aluminum pistons with 0.5mm overbore and 10cc dish and reliefs for 3V pistons
- Floating wrist pins
- Eagle 3.750" stroke forged steel crankshaft with eight bolt flywheel pattern
- Eagle 5.850" forged steel H-beam rods with ARP 2000 bolts
- New high pressure oil pump
- OEM 4.6L windage tray
- Neutral balance rotating assembly
- Designed for 2V, 3V and 4V cylinder head combinations (Piston to valve clearance check required depending on camshaft)
- Piston to Deck height clearance is 0.012" below (nominal)
- Recommended cylinder head fastener kits M-6067-D46 or M-6067-3V46 depending on application
- Assembled and ready for cylinder heads, camshafts and timing set
