Ford Racing High Flow Aluminum Water Pump for 1986-1993 5.0 Liter Mustangs.

Upgrade your factory water pump to this reverse rotation serpentine high flow pump from Ford Racing. Features a heavy duty shaft and bearing with stamped impeller. Includes replacement water pump gasket.

The high flow water pump provides good flow and pressure for engines that operate below 6000 RPM.

*Can be used on 1979-1985 5.0L Mustangs when used with a small spacer where the power steering pump bracket attaches to the water pump’s bolt/stud.

Can't beat OEM

This is a top-quality OEM replacement Ford pump at a very reasonable cost. Everything mated up perfectly. Do NOT make the mistake of buying a cheap water pump at your local auto parts store. Personally verified the standard pump for a generic 302 cubic inch engine has a much smaller, low-volume impeller compared to this correct high-volume replacement for the Ford H.O. engines. Very few retailers will be aware of this significant difference. As always, thanks CJ's for saving me $$$!
