Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glove Box Liner What can you say about a glove box liner. It came, it was installed with new screws and it looks good. Just wish it came with a picture showing that you have to fold the sides to make it fit through the opening.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice quality but My old one was destroyed so it was tossed,(shouldn't have) so now I do not know where to put the hole for the wiring and where to mount the emergency flasher switch, don't know what size the hole should be for the wires. A template would be nice.

Product Questions

Do you have a template or location of where the emergency flasher switch goes? There were holes in the factory glovebox, but mine is missing.

Asked by: ScottOKC
The factory location of the flasher switch is in the left rear of the glove box.

Do you have to remove the heater box to install this. i have air in the car. It looks like it want go in without removing something.

Asked by: jeff futrelle
You have to fold glove box in the middle of each side towards center to install it through opening. Then when in place, simply release the folds and expand it to its original shape, then position it and it is ready to be screwed down.

I am having issues with my glove box. Apparently the '66 glove box liner I purchased from you a little well over a year and a half ago was actually for the '64 1/2-'65 models and couldn't be properly fitted into my '66. What should I do?

Asked by: LilShane
If this was the product you bought, it will fit your 1966. There were no fitment differences in glove boxes between the 1964.5 and 1966 model years. The only differences were some trim/styling.

Does the 65 Mustang liner also fit the 64 Falcon?  Do you have a flocked glove box for 1964 Falcon?

Asked by: 1964FalconFutura
Unless it specifically denotes Falcon fitment, we haven't tested it for the Falcon, so we can't say if it will or won't fit.

Glove Box Liner 1965-1966 Video Transcript
By Bill Tumas: We're here with a glove box liner, fitting all 1964 through 1966 Mustangs. This glove box liner is the reproduction of the original liner, which tends to deteriorate over time. It has all the factory mounting holes with the mounting tabs, and even has the cut out for the factory glove box light. With the glove box being the only real storage space in your classic Mustang, make sure yours is usable with one of our glove box liners.
