This kit contains four metal and glass 5-3/4 inch housings, four H4 24 Watt LED lamps with a new design that provides over 2400 Lumens per lamp and has rubber insulation covers included. With over 100 LEDs on each lamp, you get a great looking pure white light, not the stale yellow light like the old incandescent bulbs emitted. The unique, patented LED heat-sink design provides efficient LED cooling so these awesome, brilliant LEDs can really discharge vivid, clear light.
These 5-3/4 inch housings fit all vehicles with matching 5-3/4 inch fog lamp or head lamp mountings. The use of LEDs provides less horsepower drag and won’t heat up your wiring like most high the current halogen lamps do. The versatile round beam pattern is perfect for auxiliary lights or fog lights. They even look and fit great as headlights on show quality and antique licensed cars! This custom heat-sink design provides far superior light output than other lamps and results in a much longer lamp life in all 1969 Mustangs. Yet another added bonus is decreased stress on your alternator, as these lamps consume approximately 1/10 of the current that the older incandescent lamps use.
Most classic cars have more than adequate space for the heat-sink design and this kit has been tested to fit on 1969 Mustangs. This new design gives you far brighter light than the original four incandescent lamps on older vehicles did. Now you can have modern, dazzling, intense lighting that fit and look perfect on your favorite pony car!

Headlight Kit LED 5-3/4" 1969 is rated out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by dito27 from Necessary upgrade. They fit well and work great...very bright! I haven't yet taken the opportunity to drive out into dark rural areas, but now I seriously doubt I'll be outdriving my headlights like I could with the original lighting system. I also like the fact they are much less of a draw on my electrical system. They look a little bit more modern than the originals when it comes to the lens design, but the trade-off for better nighttime visibility is absolutely worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 71furygt from Great lighting Installed these on my '71 Plymouth Sport Fury GT, great lighting. Planning a 5,000 mile road trip with no worry about night driving. Here in the desert of Arizona lighting is critical and these just amaze everyone riding along. I have to reset alignment since dropping the front a bit. How do I download the install instructions again? The link here doesn't work. Thanks again

Will these fit a 1967 Shelby gt350 ? Headlights are same size as 1969 mustang . Also is any electrical upgrade nessesary in order to function properly ? Thanks again
No they won't fit. Your 67 has a 2 light headlight system. They are 7" bulbs not 53/4". The inboard lights are Lucas driving lights. And no your wiring is sufficient to run these lights.

With the key switch on and engine off and the high beams on high, after minute or so all the lights repeatedly blink. Is this normal????
Possibly, without the alternator running your battery is not providing enough power to run the lights.
