Will these fit a 68 Cougar with 302, stock heads, T5 manual trans (cable clutch) and Borgeson PS steering box?

Asked by: Grif
It could fit, but there's a lot of aftermarket mods there that might cause problems, plus it's a Cougar, not a Mustang, which does offer some fitment challenges, too. While we haven't tested that specific combo, I would expect some customization would need to be done.

Are these headers compatible with an AOD transmission?

Asked by: Wileyew8
Most likely not. This was designed for classic Mustangs built before 1973, while the AOD didn't hit the market until much later. If it would work, it would be an entirely custom installation.

Will this style of header fit a '67 coupe (351W/Toploader) with a hydraulic clutch (Modern Driveline setup)?  Don't know if the description means just for stock linkage, or not.  Thanks.

Asked by: red67coupe
It won't fit because of your 351W/manual trans combo.
