Product DescriptionHorn Relocation Reinforcement for all 1969-1970 Mustangs Equipped with Drag Pack Option.
This metal, reproduction brace is a direct fit for all 1969-1970 Mustangs equipped with external oil coolers. This will also fit the Boss 302 with a 3.91 or 4.30 rear gear ratio, all Boss 429s, the 428 Cobra Jet and the 428 Super Cobra Jet. The addition and placement of the external oil cooler forced the driver side horn to be moved to the passenger side of the radiator core support. This Horn Relocation Reinforcement augments the strength of the bracket in the radiator support behind the horns. It attaches at the horn mounting bolts and provides more than enough stability. This bracket makes it possible to support the horns being mounted side by side, in your 1969 or 1970 Mustang with a remote external oil cooler.
If you have a 1969 or 1970 Mustang and it has the Drag Pack option or you have an external, remote engine oil cooler, you will want to make sure that both of the horns are securely and properly mounted and fastened down. With the help of this Horn Relocation Reinforcement bracket, you will be sure they are not going anywhere. This also helps keep them in proximity so the wiring harness connecting them will not receive any unwanted stress or tension. Like which would occur if they were not secure and jostling and vibrating apart. Pick up this Horn Relocation Reinforcement for all 1969-1970 Mustangs Equipped with an external oil cooler today and know, your horns are not going anywhere.
