JLT Black Textured Series 2 Fenderwell Cold Air Intake Kit for all 2003-2004 Cobra Mustangs.

Using the original JLT cold air intake as a guide, JLT molded, scuplted and perfected everything until they had the best looking, fitting and performing system you can buy. The all new JLT Series 2 intake tube is 4-1/4" ID, roto molded black textured plastic for it's resistance to engine heat while keeping the intake air charge nice and cool. No metal tubing here! The MAF and air filter have been relocated into the fenderwell for a cooler intake charge. Uses the factory "S" style PCV hose. Gains of 26-30 RWHP are typical with this kit.

The best part about the new Series 2 intake is JLT kicked the cool factor up a notch and molded a 105mm MAF housing right in the tube. Now you have a kit you can grow into and not have to buy a complete new kit when you reach 550-600 RWHP. Putting a Whipple or Kenne Bell blower on your 2003-2004 Cobra? Simply drill out the pre-molded plug on the MAF block located on the bottom of the tube, discreetly out of sight. Install your SCT MAF 2600 or 3000 sensor electronics, add a huge 4-1/2x12 S&B Powerstack air filter and you’ve now changed your JLT Cold Air Intake into a JLT High Boost 12” Intake. Molding the MAF into the tube makes for a much smoother air flow with no couplers, reducers or separate MAF housing and can support 800+RWHP. Will not work with stock MAF, SCT 2400 or 2800 MAF.

Please Note: The air filter is positioned at a low level in the bumper to get the coolest air possible. While driving in the rain is not an issue, you MUST be aware of flooded streets and deep puddles.
