MAC 2-1/2" Cat Back Exhaust Kit with Stainless Steel Tips for 1996-1998 Cobra, 1996-2004 GT, 2001 Bullitt and 2003-2004 Mach 1 Mustangs.
MAC has redesigned their cat back systems for the late model Mustang. The Truefit design (ball & socket fitting) eliminates the need for gaskets, muffler clamps and welding.
This system is made from 16 gauge aluminized 2-1/2" tubing, plus HTS coating and 3" stainless steel tips. This cat back system will fit all MAC or stock intermediate systems.
*Will not fit 1999-2004 Cobras with IRS.

Poor fitment
The down tubes after the mufflers rub against other parts of the car. The starter tubes are too long which pushes everything else back causing the above problem. Might have to take this exhaust to a shop to achieve better fitment. This exhaust is not worth the money. Mac products do not fit properly. My Husband's 5.0 also had fitment issues with Mac exhaust products. Very disappointing.
