Product Description

March Performance High Flow Serpentine Pulley and Bracket Kit for Mustangs with a 302 Engine Equipped with Reverse Rotation Water Pump, Power Steering and Air Conditioning.

This high flow serpentine pulley and bracket kit comes complete with stainless steel brackets, tensioning rods and chrome moly rod ends for high performance operation. Matching serpentine pulleys are precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. These pulleys will not fracture like common cast pulleys. All necessary hardware is included.

Kit Includes:
-Brackets for alternator and power steering pump
-Pulleys for alternator, crank (4-bolt), water pump and power steering pump
-Fan and pulley nose cover for the alternator
-Nose cover for the water pump pulley
-Adjustable tension rod for the alternator
-Idler assembly
-Air compressor clutch cover (fits 508 type compressor P410 or P410 from March)

Please Note: This kit is recommended for customers that are putting in a late model/Fox Body 5.0 or Ford Racing crate motor into an early year Mustang. Early model motors use standard rotation water pumps, 1969-1/2 and earlier 302 engines use 3 bolt cranks, this kit will not work on those engines.

*Requires a 90 degree thermostat housing and electric fuel pump.
*Uses a 76" 6-rib belt.

Product Questions

Would this engine work for a 1977 Mustang? Also would it be okay to use for racing? What is the fastest engine I could use for my car?

Asked by: curry77
The part shown is a bracket and pulley set up, the engine is for mock up purposes. The 5.0 small block engine would fit in your 77 mustang. Your best bet would be to contact an engine builder in your area to figure out what would be the best for your application.

OK I have a 1985 mustang 5.0 I delete the smog cuz I had problems with it I I have the right size belt I believe but the belts getting eaten on the front strip I don't know how to tell which pulley is bad

Asked by: antjuan jr
A visual inspection is probably the best way to tell if pulleys are worn.

Im looking for a serpentine pulley system for my 1946 ford galaxie 289 engine

Asked by: dbar731
We don't stock parts for that model. One of our Mustang 289 parts may work, but we haven't ever tested a Galaxie fitment, so we can't say for sure.
