Product Description

New Vintage USA Performance Series Complete Gauge Kit Assembly with Electronic Speedometer for 1967-1968 Mustangs.

New Vintage USA, a manufacturer of aftermarket gauges, offers a modern, upscale take on their pre-assembled and pre-wired gauge packages with their Performance Series gauges assemblies. Each gauge is hand-crafted in the USA and thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

The Performance Series complete gauge assembly is a great plug and play package. Incorporated in a black, premium-finished, molded instrument panel, these gauges feature smoked titanium bezels, real glass lenses and perimeter lighting for a modern look. All five gauge faces are available in your choice of black or white finish, with the tachometer and electronic speedometer gauges being 3-3/8" in diameter; all other gauges are 2-1/16" in diameter. This assembly contains everything necessary for installation, including turn signal and high-beam indicators.

Gauges Included in Complete Assembly:
- Speedometer: 140 MPH, Electronic
- Tachometer: 8K RPM
- Fuel Level: E-F
- Coolant Temperature: 100 Degree-250 DegreeF
- Oil Pressure: 0-100 psi

Each gauge includes the required sending units for the temperature, oil pressure and fuel. Set-up is straight-forward, just splice the harness into your existing wiring, plug in the cluster and bolt the gauges in.

*An Electronic Ford Speedometer Sender is included.

Poor Workmanship
I purchased this with some excitement to splurge and have a brand new complete instrument assembly for my 68 fastback resto-mod. All I can say is I hope everything works when my restoration is complete. To begin with, the quality of assembly stinks. Nothing mated smoothly between the bezel, instruments and gauge support! I had to take it almost entirely apart in order to file rough edges, enlarge some of the screw holes, and adjust the instrument mounting levels before re-assembling everything the way it should have been right out of the box. If that wasn't bad enough, when I went to install it in the completely original stock dashboard, I discovered it was not going to fit, not even close. Not only was it necessary to trim overlapping edges on the gauge support due to a very crummy template they use in their manufacturing process, I also had to trim my dashboard in numerous places as well. Now everything fits perfectly and it looks great, but I spent nine hours working on it to get it right. Be advised you had better have some "MacGiver" in you and a good Dremel too if you buy this.
