I have a 1989 mustang but it's a 4 cyl car I have a 5.0 motor swap for it will this harness help look after all the wiring in the engine bay?

Asked by: 1989notchback
This particular wiring harness is for converting a non-fuel injected to car over to fuel injection. Your 1989 4 Cylinder is already fuel injected, so most if not all of this wiring is already there for your swap.

Something like this is probably closer to what you need: http://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-racing-engine-harness-efi-for-5-0-liter-engine/p/M12071A50/

Will this harness work on a swap from a1997 Explorer 5.0 with aode trans?

Asked by: Tuna393
It should work since the 5.0 from the explorer is the same engine as the one in the Mustang. That being said, as with any engine swap, be prepared for modifications, which can vary depending upon your unique situation.
