Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Addition to Car Only caution is to note that this price is for only 1 light. Twas my fault for assuming that it was for two.

will they fit a 1967 mustang.

No.

My auto-electrician is having a real problem trying to get these to function correctly - they won't function independently - they both flash no matter if turning left or right - any suggestions?

Asked by: Johnco1
Check the grounds and polarity of the led's, it sounds like it is feeding power back through the turn signal wiring.

Will I need one flasher for each front turn signal led light?

Asked by: Lcjacks
No one flasher will work for all the turn signals.

I just ordered these lights do I need to by the flasher or does these lights have them already built in

Asked by: bcon
You would need to order flasher part #HW2811.

Can the HW2811 flasher work with this if I have LED lights?

Asked by: Cj65
Yes, the HW2811 is required to work with LED lights.

Just installed the LED turn signal/parking lights. Installed the LED Brake lights a couple days ago. Now the turn signals don't flash on all the lights. What could be the problem and the fix?

Asked by: hombre24
Make sure you installed the LED flasher (CJ part # HW2811) and wired it correctly. Most LED flashing problems reside with that part's installation.

Who makes this. I have one already.

Asked by: Mike Z
This is unbranded and could come from a variety of manufacturers.

I bought a 66 SEQUENTIAL LED TAILLIGHT KIT for my rear tail lights. Do I still need the HW2811 flasher? Or will the one that came with sequential kit work for these front ones?

Asked by: Chris 66
That's a little dependent on the taillight kit you bought and what flasher was included with it. You could always try the taillights with the parking lights and see if it works together before you buy the flasher.

Parking Light LED 1965-1966 Video Transcript
By Bill Tumas: If you've been following along on our Weekend Wrench project car, you've seen we've done several upgrades to modernize our Mustang. One area where classic Mustangs really could use an upgrade is in the lighting system, so today we're going to show you how to install a set of these LED parking lights. The LED parking lights are going to screw into your factor retainers and plug right into the factory bulb socket. They feature 48 LEDs so it'll be far brighter than the factory bulbs.

Installing the LEDs is pretty much as simple as replacing the light bulb in the parking light. We start by removing the screws that hold the lens to the housing. We're going to pop out our lens and twist and turn to pull our original bulb out. The LED is going to install in the factory bulb socket. Since there's no bulb to hold on, it can be hard to push in and turn. There's a slot right between the wires. Put a small flat head screwdriver in and use that to install it. We want to make sure the wires are rolled up so their centered and we're going to reinstall the screws to hold the lens. Now we're going to test our lights.

The LED parking lights are a simple upgrade that looks great on the front of our '65 Mustang. Installation will only take you a few minutes per side so you'll be back on the road in no time.
