Patriot Exhaust Tri-Y Headers Ceramic Coated 260/289/302 1965-1970 is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit like a glove, look great These fit like a glove in my 5.0 in my 67 with C4. I installed from the top and they just drop right in, very easy install. It does come very, very close to the starter (nearly touches it), so I put a heat shield around the starter. I've had no problems with starter heat soak. The finish on them looks great, after a summer of drive time it's still holding up well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I purchased these in 2012, within 2 years they started rusting and cracked. I have always kept my Mustang in the garage. I called the company and they said the only thing they could do for me is sell me another set at cost. I would not recommend these to anyone!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fit Well Fit very well on my 302 Block, but took a little work to line up with the rest of my exhaust (Flowmaster Dual Exhaust Kit American Thunder 2-1/2" With Turndowns Coupe/Fastback V8 1967-1970). Throttle response is much better as a result.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not fit a 1970 302 with a manual transmission Will not fit a 1970 Mustang with a 302 and a manual transmission. Does not clear the clutch z-bar and hits the starter. Quality of the product and workmanship is excellent just doesn't fit a manual transmission.

Patriot Exhaust Tri-Y Headers Ceramic Coated 260/289/302 1965-1970 Video Transcript
By Bill Tumas: e're here with a set of Tri-Y Headers for your '64 through '70 Mustang. The headers are made out of 16 gauge steel and feature a ceramic coating which will dissipate heat. It will also allow the headers not to rust. They feature 1 1/2 inch primaries, 1 3/4 secondaries with 2 1/2 inch collectors. They include reducers for your 2 1/4 inch pipe, gaskets for the head, gaskets for the collector, and complete hardware. These Tri-Y Headers will fit your 260, 289 or 302 engine in your '64 through '70 Mustang. It will fit all stock transmissions, will also clear a T5 as well, but they will not clear an AOD conversion. If your car's equipped with power steering, you'll need a slave cylinder lowering bracket, as well.
