Master Power Brake Conversion Kit Dual Bowl Automatic Transmission 1965-1966 is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy these Had these professionally installed in Jan 2014 in 66 coupe. The master cylinder failed hard, pedal to the floor no brakes in May. That's right 5 months, about 200 easy miles. Having a hard time finding a compatible part. Worst of all CPony who gave them a five star rating couldn't Care less. Don't trust these guys!

I have a 65 brake with single bowl and 4 drum brakes.i want to convert to double bowl and power brakes what do I need?

Asked by: Jt2448
This won't work with four drums. What you might want to do is convert to manual front disc brakes first, then install this kit.

Is there a dual master cylinder to convert my four wheel drum brakes. I have a 65 with power brakes.

Asked by: paul24
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we have many options for that specific combination. CJ part # BMC30 is the only master cylinder we have for power drums, and it isn't dual bowl. We don't have a dual bowl option available for power drum brakes.

Will this kit require any modification/cutting anywhere? Does it clear all existing components? Thanks

Asked by: Lsquared
That's hard to say without knowing anything about your Mustang. It's likely that it won't, but I'd encourage you to read over the installation instructions, which are linked from the product page, and should give you a good idea of what your installation would look like.
