The power window switch system. Are they lighted. Are there lights for the steering system also.
Someone tried to break into my 97 mustang and the pried the drivers side door and afterwards my power windows stopped working,it caused the inside panel to separate a bit inside and outside.if I replaced this part would it fix it?
I have lost power to my driver side window, would replacing the switch help?

This replacement for this switch that commonly wears out or goes bad in your 1994 through 2004 Mustang convertible, the thing with switch it's a master switch of you lose one you lose power to all four windows. Normally these also fade with the paint coming off very noticeably.
The installation is very simple. You're going to remove your door cup by pulling on the top of the door cup and remove two screws, slide this off the water harness, put this one in place, put it back together. It's taking no more than about 5 minutes.
