Adjustable alternator bracket / tensioner kit for 1986-1993 5.0 Mustangs. This kit will delete your factory alternator bracket and tensioner.Features: This kit comes complete with bracket, stainless steel adjusting rod, chrome moly rod ends and mounting hardware for serpentine belt setups.
Please Note: Designed for off -road use only, It will also remove the smog pump mounting bracket since it is part of the factory alternator bracket.

great product except that for the second time they package one wrong bolt in the kit and they are small head allen bolts that have to fit inside the bracket - not available locally - the large 7/16 bolt and the smaller 5/16 bolt BOTH have to span a 6inch gap - so why is the larger 7/16 bolt 6&1/2 inch and the 5/16 bolt only 6 inch - shows it that way in their diagram too - does not work - they will send you the 6&1/2 bolt but why is that happening when i bought both kits a year apart
