Master Power Brake Master Cylinder for 1967-1973 Mustangs with Power or Manual Front and Rear Disc Brakes.

This master cylinder is designed to be used on a 67-73 Mustang with 4 wheel disc brakes. The extra stroke and 1-1/8" bore provides the needed pressure to the rear calipers for proper 4 wheel disc function. If you're suffering from a spongy brake pedal, then this is your fix. This can also be used on 1965-1966 Mustangs with manual brakes that want to convert to a dual bowl master cylinder.

*Not recommended for a dual bowl conversion on 1965-1966 Mustangs with power brakes. This will not clear the shock tower when used with original 1965-1966 boosters and booster brackets. We recommend a brake booster conversion kit that includes a smaller master cylinder.

*Will not work with the factory 1967-1973 master cylinder to distribution block lines or the 1965-1966 dual bowl master cylinder conversion line. Custom lines must be made or you can use line kit LN11897 with combination valve BCV5 for a much easier install.
