AIRAID® Intake Systems are computer designed to give your engine maximum air flow, which means more horsepower, torque and improved performance. Every AIRAID intake system is dyno tested and tuned to provide maximum performance and efficiency. With the MXP system, your GT Mustang will see an increase of approximately 35 horsepower and 30 ft-lb of torque or more with a custom tune!

The AIRAID system starts with a 4.25” diameter roto-molded intake tube, which offers excellent heat rejection qualities. It also features a velocity stack to increase airflow and incorporates a 100mm MAF housing. The Intake Tube connects to a one-piece roto-molded Cold Air Box via a urethane “hump hose” and 100% stainless steel clamps. The box is designed to keep hot engine compartment air away from the filter while increasing the amount of cold air available. Blade-style weatherstripping seals the air box to the hood, further eliminating hot air.

The heart of AIRAID’s MXP Intake System is the massive 1300-cfm SynthaMax air filter, which provides the engine with a steady supply of clean, cold air. The SynthaMax air filter is washable and reusable and is constructed with a special blend of urethane.
