These are 1" lowering springs however, most cars original front coil springs have collapsed and a one inch drop will not be noticed. If that occurs, the desired height can be achieved by doing the "Shelby Drop".

Great Performance
Replaced by nearly 50 year old springs. Once installed they didn't drop any, though I've been told that the old ones' were compressed down over the years. So I might do the Shelby drop this spring. Either way the handling is very nice now and feels really solid. Going to replace the rear leafs next. Customer service helped me along since I purchased the perch as well. Didn't look like it would fit right but as they told me once compressed it's perfect. Thanks!
Easy Install
These are Scott Drake Brand Springs. Only 4 stars because the paint or powder coat was chipping on my springs in some areas. The install is easy once you removed the OEM springs. These are much shorter and can actually be installed without a spring compressor if your car doesn't have the engine in. My engine was out because I'm doing a full restoration.
