This is a Ford OEM direct replacement part for your original stock 2007-2009 Mustang convertible top hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinders help to lift and lower the convertible top. Over time, these can lose pressure or go bad, making it hard to get your top to go up or down. Two needed per car.
