Master Power 11" Two Piston Power Disc Brake Conversion Kit with Spindles for 1965-1966 V8 Manual Transmission Mustangs.Add some late model function to your early model Mustang with this two-piston disc brake conversion kit from Master Power. Includes everything necessary to convert to front disc brakes and power brakes.
This kit requires the use of minimum 15” wheels, however not all 15” wheels will fit. The calipers used in this kit are much larger than the original style calipers and will require more caliper to wheel-face / spoke clearance.
Conversion Kit Includes:
- Late model 2 piston calipers with 11” slotted rotors
- Fully assembled on spindles ready to install
- New bearings and seals installed along with new dust caps
- Brake Booster with dual bowl master cylinder
- New soft brakes hoses
- Adjustable proportioning valve
*Will not work with Styled Steel or Magnum 500 wheels.

The Master Power Brake disc conversion kit (part number DBF39) is a fantastic truly bolt on kit. The quality is very high and the ease of install is so simple. One note to be aware of:
If you are going to use the 15 x 6 style wheels (part number W184) you will need to shave the hub slightly and a little of the caliper casting otherwise your wheels will sit correctly. I have only had experience with the style wheel 15x6 (4”bs).
