I have a 65 Mustang coupe that retains its original interior including the white headliner. The headliner was in excellent shape with no tears but had some sun fading and or stains. I tried every cleaning product available but had no luck. I then turned to CJ's and purchased this interior dye. Wow, did that make a difference!! I didn't want overspray in my car so I ended up spraying the paint/dye in a small container and brushing it on. The match was excellent and now my headliner looks new! This saved me a lot of work and headaches from having to remove the headliner and install a new one. Not to mention my car still retains its original piece.
Supposed to be 64-65 Bright Red but it's not even close.
This one can of dye/paint saved me $200 for not having to buy a new dash pad for my 67'. One can went on even, did about 4 coats. If you dont rush it and TAKE YOUR TIME like the instructions say, you get a good result. Also used the vinyle prep spray with good result also. Thanks CJPP!
