Clippster headers from Patriot feature longer primaries that exit toward the rear of the engine compartment to clear steering and suspension components. They have slightly shorter primaries than full length headers and provide ground clearance on lowered vehicles.
These headers are designed to work with a clutch cable conversion kit. Will not work with the original mechanical clutch linkage.
Will work on 1965-1973 Mustangs, however it is recommended to use the 1966-1/2 - 1970 style motor mounts. They sit 1" higher than the 1965 - early 1966 mounts.
