Mustang Kirban Fuel Pressure Regulator Billet Adjustable V6/V8 1994-1998
Kirban Adjustable Billet Fuel Pressure Regulator for 1994-1998 V6 Mustangs, 1994-1997 V8 Mustangs and 1998 Cobra Mustangs.
This billet style adjustable fuel regulator is one of the most popular regulators in the Ford market place since its introduction in the 1990s.
One of the key features is the fact it closely resembles the factory fuel pressure regulator in format and size.
The regulator is totally adjustable from 30-100 psi. The entire unit is 100% brand new and has two O-rings internally, so it will never leak. Adjustments can easily be made without removing the vacuum line since the adjustment screw is a separate port on the top.
This adjustable fuel regulator has a larger feed and return fitting internally for 30% more fuel flow, which reduces fuel restriction of the fuel regulator. If necessary, the regulator can easily be rebuilt as we stock the diaphragms separately.
This regulator can not only deliver 75 pounds of pressure, but it can also be set below stock fuel pressure if the car runs fatter injectors.
The 2-bolt mounting format will work on any other Ford applications that use the 2-bolt mounting format besides the ones noted. Ford basically used either a 2-bolt mounting or a 3-bolt mounting design during the 1980s and 1990s on their fuel rails.
