Drake Muscle Cars Billet Hood Strut Kit for all 2005-2009 V6 and GT Mustangs.
Eliminate your factory prop rod by replacing it with Scott Drake's beautiful bolt in hood strut kit. The assembly was engineered to lightly lift the hood for you and hold it open allowing easy access all around your engine bay. Truss design brackets are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and clear anodized. Includes high quality satin finished struts with stainless steel pivots.
*Not recommended for GT500 or Mustangs with hood scoops as these hoods are a little heavier and struts may not hold hood up especially in colder temperatures.
