Greatly improves the stock shifter
I installed this bracket on my 2012 Mustang V6 with the stock shifter. It made shifting a lot smoother and helped a lot with missing the 2nd to 3rd shift that the stock shifter is notorious for. This bracket does let a little more noise into the cabin than the stock one, but the performance gain is well worth it.
