Repair Panel Lower Cowl Driver Side 1965-1968
Mustang Repair Panel Lower Cowl Driver Side 1965-1968
Repair panel for the driver side lower cowl panel on all 1965-1968 Mustangs.
Measures 15-1/2"x18". In order to install this you must first remove the upper cowl panel by drilling out the spot welds. Then this panel gets welded in place after cutting the old one.
This item is 1965-1966 specific due to the mounting studs for the fresh air vent that mounts below it. The studs will fit a 1965-1966 vent but will not fit the 1967-1968 without drilling additional holes in the vent. If you do not wish to drill holes in the vent, you can purchase COWL3 which is a one piece lower cowl for 1967-1968.
