Ford Racing Part Number: M-6009-A46NA
Ford Racing Forged 4.6L Short Block for 1996-2004 Mustang GTs, 1996-2001 Cobras and 2003-2004 Mach 1 Mustangs.
This all new short block was built by Ford Racing as a direct swap for 1996-2004 Mustang GT, 1996-01 Cobra and 2003-2004 Mach 1 Mustangs. Built with all new parts. Includes timing cover.
Specs:
-Uses M-6010-A46NA aluminum block
-10:1 compression ratio with 50cc cylinder heads
-Cobra rotating assembly with forged 8-bolt crankshaft
-H-beam rods
-Forged flat top pistons
*Designed not to be used with any type of power adder. Power adder short block is also available.
