ACC Carpets Ford Blue Mass Back Carpet Set with Fold Down Seat Carpet for 1965-1968 Fastback Mustangs.

Almost nothing can freshen up the interior of your Mustang more than installing new carpet. This premium mass back carpet set includes the floor carpet and fold down seat carpet. The fold down carpet comes in three separate sections that must be cut to fit.

ACC Carpets use the same material mix as the original carpet: 80% Nylon and 20% Rayon. The carpet features a jute backing and a heel and toe pad just like the original. The dog ear carpeting trim for the quarter trim panels is included as well.

"Mass Back" is a tough, rubber layer between the carpet and the jute insulation that increases the form and rigidity of the carpet, while decreasing road noise. It virtually eliminates the need for Dynamat. Mass back carpet will look just like the original carpet once it is installed, but increases the moldability, sound deadening and insulation.

Tech Tip: Out of the box, you may notice a few wrinkles. Laying the carpet out in the sun for a few hours will help to soften the backing prior to installation to help reduce the amount of wrinkles.
