Product Description

Scott Drake Curved Chrome Monte Carlo Bar for 1967-1968 Mustangs.

This bar was developed by Carroll Shelby to stop shock tower flex and maintain proper wheel alignment during hard cornering. This extra support also helps prevent shock tower stress cracks.

Copied from the original design, Scott Drake's bars feature a new thicker diameter tube and improved fender brackets. Also features stamped square holes in the top of each fender bracket to allow for the use of lower profile carriage bolts.

The curved design allows for extra clearance for an oval air cleaner and taller aftermarket distributors.

Monte carlo bar
This bar has an excellent chrome finish and the fit and ease of putting it on was great, good way to dress up engine department while helping car's suspension and handling.
