Ford Black Boss 302 6-Speed Shift Knob for 2011-2014 V6 and GT Mustangs with a Manual Transmission.The 2012 Boss 302 uses a black 'cue-ball' style shift knob with a 6-speed shift pattern embossed and printed on the top of the knob. This shift knob would be an appropriate upgrade for any 2011-2014 V6 and GT Mustang with a manual transmission.
*Requires manual shift boot MSB14 or MSB15.
*Due to differing shift patterns, this knob is NOT a replacement for GT500 Mustangs.

Looks way better and feels nicer when shifting then the base model knob. Doesn't get too cold in the winter, not sure about how hot it will get in the summer yet but probably won't get hot. Great upgrade, especially with the alcantara shift boot.
Overall I am very satisfied with this shifter. I wanted something sportier while still retaining that factory look and I found it with this shift knob. Looks amazing and your hand does not freeze in the winter or burn in the summer as it does with the factory aluminum knob. I would recommend this knob to anyone looking to upgrade the appearance of their interior.
